The local Boy Scouts of Troop 1 do an annual Christmas tree pickup service. This year we put the trees in our parking lot here at the greenhouse and Mark from Rudy’s Landscaping come over and chipped them into our pile out front after we were done collecting. We did that on Saturday. Today we scooped them up with the CAT and all the trees we collected (about 140), once chipped, filled up the big boiler chip bin. The whole greenhouse smells great today and by the morning all those former holiday trees will have helped us make it through another cold night. Thanks Troop 1. Here’s a few pix, can you spot your tree? ;-)
